Types of coal

Anthracite coal

Anthracite is the oldest coal and is rightly considered the best. Deposits of this black with frequent shiny strips of coal are very deep, so it has a solid structure and practically does not contain moisture and impurities. It is characterized by good combustion with high heat dissipation. Anthracite burns without smoke and flame and does not sinter.

Brown coal

Brown coal is the youngest coal. It has a characteristic brown color and loose structure. Due to the high moisture and sulfur content it is mainly used in industry and power plants. In its value, it occupies a middle position between peat and coal. Brown coal deposits are quite common and are located at a shallow depth.
